I need to write conclusion for my project on topic Acids, Bases And Salts? How to write it?

Conclusions are written towards the end of the project. They summarise the central ideas and aims, and include the findings and comments of the writer, etc.
 
A conclusion consists of:
- the content summary
- restatement of the main aims and objectives
- your findings/conclusions/arguments
- usefulness of the project
- your comments/judgement

Depending upon your project you should fill then respective columns.
