Yes, in this case each of them receives an instantaneous reaction
as a result of throwing the sand bag This activity explain
Newton’s 3rd law of motion i e , the force is exerted forward
in throwing the bag full of sand and the person who is throwing it
gets pushed backward
If skate boards were used then they would have fallen from the
skateboards and it will affect the observation Thus here the skate
boards are not used
