i want a speech to be elected as the school cabinet minister .

Respected Principal, my dear teachers and my friends. I stand before you today to share with you my ambitions and aspirations if I am to be elected as the school cabinet minister. I am not going to make any tall claims about changing the atmosphere of the school or fighting for the freedom of students. But I am going to be very down to earth and tell you exactly what I want for my school and my fellow students. My first agenda would be to see that the students get the basic amenities at school. Until and unless all the students get proper sanitation facilities and neat and clean environment, they would not be able to enjoy the bigger facilities like the seminar hall or the computer lab. I will make sure that these amenities are provided to each student. With the world moving fast, our students too, need to move fast and I am going to see that our school becomes completely tech savvy. I am sure, friends, that all of you would put your vote in my favour as I am your representative.
