of binding energy won't this conversion violate the law of
conservation of mass and law of conservation of energy????

Yes, Mass and energy are convertible into each by binding energy

where m is the mass and c is speed of the light
But it does not voilet the law of conservation of energy and
mass Because
According to Law of conservation of Mass-energy , the sum of
mass-energy of the system of particles remain same before and after
their interactions
