i wud like to know how mass is converted to energy with the help of binding energy.won't this conversion violate the law of conservation of mass and law of conservation of energy????

Yes, Mass and energy are convertible into each by binding energy i.e,

E=mc2

where m is the mass and c is speed of the light

But it does not voilet the law of conservation of energy and mass Because

According to Law of conservation of Mass-energy , the sum of mass-energy of the system of particles remain same before and after their interactions
