 As per  the question,
10 workers working for 4 hours a day complete their work = 12 days.
1 person working for 1 hour a day complete the work = 12×10×4 days.
8 workers working for 6 hours a day complete their work =  12×10×48×6=2×102=10 days 
Thus, the 8 persons working for 6 hrs a day complete their work in 10 days.

So, 8       "               "        "   4 hrs      "          "      "     "   (12x10)/8 days =120/8 days = 15 days
So, 8       "               "        "   1 hr        "          "     "     "       15x4 days
So, 8       "               "        "   6 hrs       "          "     "     "        (15 x 4)/6 days =60 / 6 days =10 days
