If a debenture is redeemed by a company purchased by some investor then does it gets cancelled permanently after that? will the company be able to issues the same debenture to the other investor?

Redemption of Debenture means Cancelling that debenture or in other words, we can say Destroying that debenture. This simply means that the debenture shall no longer exist after redemption.
And therefore Company shall not be able to issue the same debenture to another investor.
