A dipole is made of equal and opposite charges . By Gauss law the net flux through a closed surface is equal to 1/e0 times the total charge enclosed within the surface. The total charge of dipole on addition gives zero. therefore net flux is zero.

Flux is the number of lines of force that pass through a given region of space, lines of force originate from positive charge and end into negative, you can see equal number of lines entering and leaving the blue Gaussian sphere. therefore overall flux is zero.
