Here Is The Answer:

4 x + 5 x = 45
9 x = 45
x = 45 / 9
x = 5 

4 x = 4 x 5 = 20 m
5 x = 5 x 5 = 25 m

25 > 20

Therefore, the length of longer part is 25 m
