If a liquid is not getting dissolved then what we will call that liquid?

Solution 

Those liquids which are get completely dissolved in other liquids are known as miscible liquids and the liquids that do not mix with other liquids are called immiscible liquids. 
For example - Miscible liquids- Mango juice and water.
Immiscible liquids- Oil in water.
