If a person has antigen A and during birth due to some problem he or she has antibody A , where as he should have antibody B , then what will happen if we inject antigen B in his or her body ? Will agglutition occur or not ?

Please find below the solution to the asked query

If a person has antigen A on RBCs and develops antibody A instead of antibody B, then antigen A will react with antibody A and cause agglutination. This baby may face anemia or not be able to survive for long. But if somehow, he survives for some time and we give him antigen B, then agglutination between antigen B and antibody A present in his body will not occur. However, child may develop antibody B later and destroy antigen B which was given to him.
