A person who has suffered from small pox may suffer from it again but the chances are extremely low. this is because it is caused by a virus .  when our body encounters the virus for the first time , it creates antibodies(antibodies are a protein created by B cells of the WBC) to fight the virus and then the cells of the WBC retain the memory of the virus so when there's a second attack they instantly kill-stop the virus!.
