If a pregnant mother is O -ve
and bears an O +ve foetus, would complications arise? If yes, explain.

Yes,
When baby come out for mother body then baby's blood come in contact with mother blood and mother blood make antibody for O+ blood to distroy it and after this these antibody remain in mother blood
When that mother again get pregnant then these antibody cross placenta because these antibody are of IgG type and if baby blood is +ve then it distroy foetus blood and foetus die
To prevent this after first dilevery doctor give some medicine to mother so medicine destroy baby blood in uterus so mother blood can't make antibody because antibody formation take time so before this medicine do its works
