If a temporary teeth get's affected by cavities , will it affect our permanent teeth too ? If yes, then why? If no, then why?

Dear student, If a temporary teeth gets affected by cavities, it will not affect our permanent teeth. There are two sets of dentition in humans. The first set is deciduous or temporary dentition which sheds off and then the other set, permanent dentition erupts. Since both sets are different, if we have cavity in temporary dentition it will shed off in it's shedding period and not effect the permanent dentition. Regards
