If all human wants had been of equal importance then it would have become impossible to make choices...explain this line briefly and plz don't provide any link

see if it has been assumed that all human wants are equally imp in that case also we will have to make choice because we have limited resources to satisfy our wants 
eg- if one needs both a pencil as well as pen but have only that cash amount which can fulfil only one desire in that case one has to make choice between ​pencil and pen
