sum , but I am having problems in the expansion

fx=3x4-5x2+9So fx-1=3x-14-5x-12+9=3x-122-5x2+1-2x+9=3x2+1-2x2-5x2+1-2x+9=3x4+1+4x2+2x2-4x-4x3-5x2-5+10x+9=3x4+3+12x2+6x2-12x-12x3-5x2-5+10x+9=3x4-12x3+13x2-2x+7
