If I have the data : Delhi-42.5cel,chennai 38.5cel,shimla23cel and Leh 0celsius.So,can I round of 42.5to40 rather than 45?
The number 42.5 when rounded to nearest tens gives 40 as the digit at ones place is 2 that is less than 5.
