we are requesting i e , the hr manager, and it is even not
mentioned to whom we are reporting We have only written the school
name and address then how much marks will be deducted from the same
if it is of 6marks

A formal letter is usually addressed to a person holding a
portfolio If only the name/designation is missing and the rest of
the address is written, only 0 5 marks should be deducted
