If sin^6x = 1 + cos^4(3x) then find the general solution of x.
hello there !!
ik its a very late response but it can help others like me who got this question doubt
I still solved it with help from mentor
-1 <= sin x <= 1
0<= sin ^2n x<= 1
sin^6 x = 1
sinx = + - 1
x= 2n TT + TT/2 ---------------------------- 1
cos ^4 3x=0
cos 3x= 0
3x= 2nTT - + TT/ 2
x= 2nTT/ 3 - + TT/ 6 -------------------- 2
Thus, the general equation is:
x= nTT + TT / 2
thus the equation is: (2n+ 1) TT / 2
