if the gene of interest has been digested with Hind3 what is the appropriate enzyme for digesting the vector?

Dear student,
If we are carrying out recombinant DNA technology then we use the same enzyme to digest the vector and the gene of interest. If the gene of interest is digested with Hind III then the vector will also be digested with Hind III.
