We know that, Sum of n observations = Mean of
n observation × n (Number of
observations)
∴ Sum of 10 numbers = Mean of 10 numbers ×
10
⇒ Sum of 10 numbers = 700
× 10 = 7000
Thus, the sum of 10 numbers is 7000
