if u dislocate one of your joins like a hinge joint can u do more movements and if so is it bad for the bones and joints around that area

Dislocation of joints make that particular place immovable. Movement of that part make tremendous pain and hurt the ligaments and muscle.
There are some complications of joint dislocation these are -
• Tearing of the muscles, ligaments and tendons that reinforce the injured joint.
• Nerve or blood vessel damage in or around your joint.
• Susceptibility to reinjury if you have a severe dislocation or repeated dislocations.
• Development of arthritis in the affected joint as you age.
