IF WE STIR THE MILK IN FAVOURABLE CONDITIONS WHICH HAVE BEEN UNSTABLE AND ITS PARTICLES HAVE BEEN SETTLED DOWN WILL IT BECOME STABLE AGAIN. WHY
Stabilisation of colloids can be done by a process called coagulation. That is on adding small amount of electrolyte colloids get precipitated. Once the particular colloid is settled down as precipitate it cannt be converted back at the same condition. The coagulated milk cann't be converted back to colloidal milk again.
