If we would mix VIBGYOR paint colours, will we get a white colour paint????

For example, if I try to illuminate or brighten a surface or wall of blue colour with white light, the surface absorbs all the colours and reflects only blue.So, if we mix all the blue colour with other then everything will be absorbed except blue.Thus, all the colours of white light will be absorbed and will form grey or black colour.
