may be like this lamb climbs the tree falls but catches on of the branches derry comes rushes towards mr. lamb to help mr. lambs hand slips falls on derry. derry gets hurt mr. lamb gets hurt after few time both burst out in laughter and curtain falls the same time ;) how was it reviews plz

. The ending of the story, ‘On the face of It’ is very sad as Mr Lamb is probably dead. In my opinion, such a beautiful story should not have such a tragic ending. In the end, Derry should have saved Mr Lamb from falling by holding the ladder at the last moment. This would have given a message of hope.

HARD LESSONS COMES FROM HARD EXPERIENCES!!!
you cannot learn a lesson until you have lost something or sacrificed something.For Example: Until ozone layer was affected nobody cared about global warming, A child cannot understand heat of fire until he puts his hand in it.
Derry in anyway was affected by his surrounding very much, In future it could be possible that he would again be reserved and listen to his mother's opinion and become isolated.A person is very fast in changing opinions like if today I am like today I am liking virat kolhi tomorrow I may be hating him.
In my opinion Susan hill is a capable and expert writer. The ending given by the author is the best.
