ii didn't understand the activities in both the puzzles 

In both the puzzles, there are four cards. All of these cards have a sentence underneath them. You have to click on each card to 'flip' or turn them over. Now, read the revealed sentence.  Then, according to your understanding of the usage of the punctuation marks, click on either the ‘correct’ or ‘incorrect’ option. After answering all four, click on the tab ‘submit’.
