Imagine you are living in 1850s. You hear of Wood's Despatch. Write your reactions.

Wood's despatch was sent in 1854. It created a properly articulated system of education from primary school to university which helped students very much .  Education departments and universities were opened in each province, many commissions were also started . If  i were at that time , it would be very lucky for me to have such a  comprehensive plan of education for my courier.

I would tell its right because the English education really make our county civilized as a Indian I should tell it not correct but English education make us civilized.
