IMPORTANCE OF ICBN AND ICZN

Both ICBN and ICZN are the international agencies for the nomenclature of plants and animals respectively. Their importance is to  assign a unique and scientific name of every taxon, it also regulates how these naming will be documented and used in literatures. They provides universality in the naming or nomenclature.All the species should have their unique name,however they can have different local or regional names, but universly they have unique identification by their names.
