In a chloroplast, where do light and dark reactions take place? Am I right in saying that, light reactions take place in the granum and stroma lamella and dark reactions occur in the stroma by using the products of the light reactions? Do cyclic and non-cyclic photo phosphorylation occur simultaneously in all plants?

The light reaction takes place in thylakoid or grana and stroma lamellae while as dark reaction takes place in stroma.  The non cyclic photo -phosphorylation takes place when both photo system I (PS I) and photo system II (PS II) are functional and present such as in membrane of grana. When only PS I is functional or present such as in stroma lamellae, only cyclic photo-phosphorylation takes place.
