Induced emf is = $- N \frac{d φ}{d t}$

Induced current is = $\frac{- N \frac{d φ}{d t}}{R}$ ....(i)

A = 10 cm² = 10^-3 m²

$1 g a u s s = 10^{- 4} W b / m^{2} \frac{d B}{d t} = 10^{8} g a u s s / \sec = 10^{4} W b / (\sec - m^{2}) φ = A B \cos θ = A B$

Differentiating wrt t

$\frac{d φ}{d t} = A \frac{d B}{d t} = 10^{- 3} \times 10^{4}$ .....(ii)

N = 10

Substituting the all values in equation (i), and solving you will get the answer.
