in a right angled triangle the Acute angles are in the ratio of 4:5. find the acute angles

Dear Student,

Please find below the solution to the asked query:

We know in right angle one angle of triangle is at 90° and given  the Acute angles are in the ratio of 4 : 5 , So

Let ratio coefficient =  x , So Other two acute angles are 4 x and 5 x .

And from angle sum property of triangle we get know sum of all three internal angles of triangle is at 180° , So

90°  + 4 x  + 5 x  =  180°  ,

90°  + 9  x  =  180° ,

9 x  =  90° ,

x  =  10°

Therefore,

Other two acute angles are : 4 ( 10°) = 40° and 5(10°) = 50°                                               ( Ans )
