In chapter-1 of constitution at work on page-13 it is indicated that "constitution must strike the right balance between certain values, norms, procedures as authoritative".  Could you please elaborate that which values, norms and procedures it is talking about  ?

The values here are the do's and don'ts or what is good for the country ,national integration is always legal as per constitution and whatever is anti to these established values will be always prohibited ,the norms are the rules of a society or community if found anti national will be curbed with the authoritative powers ,the constitution has laid down the procedures for every citizen of living life within the established law and order for the countries health and brotherhood.
