In lesson 2 Plasma state is indicated as one in which:

State consisting of super-energetic and super-excited particles

However in Question 9 of the Chapter Tests the question is 'The molecular motion is the maximum in which state of matter?' for which the answer is stated as Gaseous which is not understood as Plasma state consists of super energetic particles implying it has high Kinetic energy that high velocity which in other words is in motion at high speed. Pl clarify the answer of Gaseous State.

which is not under

Plasma consists of ionized particles, which are ions and not molecules but gases consist of molecules. Therefore molecular motion referring to motion of molecules will be highest in the gaseous state. However, the motion of particles will be highest in Plasma, as particles subsumes atoms, molecules, ions.

we refer plasma as ionised gas and that is why it would be gaseous state. these super energetic and suoper excited particles are still in the state of gases only .

hope it helps............... thumbs up if u lyk it
