In spite of breathing out carbondiixide in large amount and released by combustion the atmosphere has mere fraction of co2 only.why?

This is because of the following reasons: 1. It is fixed not the atmosphere through the natura process of photosynthesis 2. It is dissolved in the shells of marine animals Thus, the percentage is mere and constant as it is renewed and recycled very often though a natural process. Hope it helps!
