in tamil nadu , 75 percent of the people living in rural areas use a ration shop , whereas in jharkand only 8 percent of rural people do so where could people be better off and why?

Health and Nutritional status of people depend on the availability of cheap and reasonable quality of food grains,sugars and other items provided by the PDS system. Therefore, the PDS system of Tamil Nadu will be better off, since there more people use the facilities provided by the PDS system .
