Given : ABCD and ABPQ area parallelogram , So

AB  =  CD ,  AB  | |  CD                                                  ---- ( 1 )

And

AB =  PQ , AB  | | PQ                                                    ---- ( 2 )

In PQDC from equation 1 and 2 we get

PQ  =  CD and PQ  | | CD

We know if in a quadrilateral we have a pair of opposite sides equal and parallel to each other then that quadrilateral is a parallelogram.

So,

PQDC is a parallelogram .                                                             ( Ans )
