Dear Student,

At various points in our life, we are required to make choices. Our choices shape our destiny. In the poem, ' A Legend of Northland' the greedy woman, instead of parting with her bread, decides to bake smaller pieces every time. She values her greed over the hunger of Saint Peter. Her greedy nature angered the saint and therefore, he turned her into a bird.
