If (x1,y1) (x2, y2) (x3, y3)
are coordinates of triangle
Then coordinate of centroid is (x,y)
Is
X=(x1+x2+x3)/3
Y=(y1+y2+y3)/3
Then
-4 =(-14+3+x3)/3
-12=-11+x3
X3=-1
And
-7=(-19+5+y3)/3
-21=-14+y3
Y3=-7

Hence the coordinate of C is (-1,-7)
