In triangle ABE, AE = BE.Circle through A and B intersects AE and BE at D and C respectively.prove that DC parallel to AB. plz solve my problem
DC || AB, if ∠EAB = ∠EDC
In ΔABE,
AE = BE
⇒ ∠EAB = ∠EBA ... (1)
As exterior angle of a cyclic quadrilateral is equal to opposite interior angle.
∴ ∠EDC = ∠EBA ... (ii)
From (1) and (2)
∠EAB = ∠EDC
∴ DC || AB
