the first phrase means tat lyk Derry the world doesnt have half face it has a full face . so thr ll b ppl who ll nt commnt on derry's face nd there ll b ppl who ll b afraid of it nd ll comment . so instead of taking -ve aspect of world he can look at both + nd - aspects nd can think abt his future .

second phrase means tat evrything is different if u think differently bt if u r nt able to distinguish then evrything ll b the same . so everything is differet itself
