in which form oxygen is transported in the blood ? what happens to oxygen when blood reaches the tissue?

Oxygen is transported in the blood in the form of oxyhaemoglobin. On reaching the tissue, the partial pressure of oxygen declines and the bonds holding oxygen to haemoglobin breaks releasing oxygen from the blood capillaries to the tissues.
