IN which part of the body DNA is not present

Here is the answer:-
DNA can be found inside the nucleus of every cell, apart from red blood cells. 
And if you ask why DNA is not fount in RBCs, the answer is very simple because RBCs do not have a nucleus, so they do not have DNA.

Actually DNA is present in the nucleus so where nucleus is absent DNA is also absent example mature RBC, hair and nails
