Incorrect order of ionic size is

B < Al < Ga < Tl

V2+ > V3+ > V4+ > V5+

Tl+> In+> Sn+2> Sb+3

K> Sc3+ > V5+ > Mn7+

Dear student

The option 1 is incorrect
The atomic and ionic radii , increases as we move down the group. But the radii of Ga is less than Al.
Because of the poor shielding of valence electrons by the 3d shell in Ga, the effective nuclear charge of Ga is more in magnitude than Al. Thus electrons in Ga, experience a greater force of attraction, making its size less than Al.
Thus the correct order will be B< Ga<Al< Tl
