IS CEMENT A TRANSLUCENT OR OPAQUE MATERIAL ?

 

Dear Student, Opaque substance is the one through which the light cannot be passed and hence we cannot see anything through it. eg, Wood Translucent substance is the one through which some part of the light is transmitted and hence we can see a blurred vision through a translucent substance. eg, Butter paper. Light doesn't passes through Cement. Hence, it is opaque. Regards
