is importance of motivation . leadership , communication in syllabus. i have checked revise synopsis but i do not understand

These topics are very much included in the NCERT which is a prescribed textbook by CBSE.We want to inform you and other commerce students that CBSE has not issued any circular in which it has explicitly stated the exclusion of the aforementioned topics from the Class-XII Business Studies syllabus. So it would be advisable to go through these topics.
