Is income received on sale of debentures included in national income?

Dear Student,
Income received on sale of shares and debentures will be excluded from national income. Hence, the same will not be included.
While Interest received on debentures will be included in the national income as such interest received is a factor income because debenture is a sort of loan taken by a production unit.
