is it a stroma or stoma...? it is given as stoma in the textbook...which 1 is ryt..?

Stoma and stroma are two different words in biology.

Stoma- stoma is a pore, found in the epidermis of aerial parts of the plant like leaf and stem. It is used for gaseous exchange and transpiration. 

Stroma(differ slightly according to its presence in the tissue)- Generally stroma refers to the connective, functionally supportive framework of a biological cell, tissue, or organ. For e.g. stroma of chloroplast.
