Is it nessary to have streamlined body for fishes and us when we dive? I am really confused between fishes and humans.

When a body moves in a fluid, it encounters a frictional force caused by the fluid. This frictional force is known as drag. Hence, when fish moves in water, it also encounters drag. To resist this frictional force fishes have streamlined body. The body of a fish is rounded at the back and sharp at the front which helps to reduce the drag force of water and helps the fish to move easily in water.
On the other hand, humans do not have streamlined body. They swim in water through the technique of 'strokes' in which they reduce the frictional force of water.
