is it not correct that study(stream of study) of plants trees etc is called Botany???. Whereas in your video it is referred to as Biology, please clarify

Yes you are right. But Biology is a broader term that includes Botany, Zoology etc, as branches of it. Botany is a branch of Biology that specifically deals with the study of plants trees etc. So both are right.
