Is it possible to have pregnancyafter tubectomyby IUT?

No...pregnancy after tubectomy can only be achieved by two method...

1) Tubal ligation reversal
2) In vitro fertilisation..

...not with IUT.

Yes pregnancy is possible in such a case as we can fertilise the sperm and ova using IVF. 
After attaining a 32 celled stage we can subject the endometrium to hormones such that it becomes vascular for implantation and then we can do IUT.
