The statement you have given is correct and the schematic representation of galvanic and electrolytic cell is shown below,


The difference of terminals are,

1. In galvanic cell chemical is converted to electrical energy while in electrolytic cell electric is converted to chemical energy

2. As chemical involved in galvanic the redox reaction is spontaneous while in electrolytic cell the electric current initiates the redox reaction hence non-sponatneous in redox is observed.

Hence the change in terminal towards flow of electron is observed in galavanic and electrolytic cell as expressed in the above figure.
